REJOICE!


Rejoice in the Lord!


Meditate.


Remember His Words.


Remember that God is good!






PRAY


Talk to God!


Present your requests to Him.


Cast your cares on the Lord.


Lay it down at his feet and rest in the fact that God's got this!




FOCUS


Focus on what is good!

Unplug.


Don't sit in the world. Get outside!

Don't watch the news all the time!



TALK

Talk to someone.


Call a friend, a family member, pastor, counselor.


Use FaceTime, Skype, Zoom to "see" your community.


Don't go through this alone!
